The short version. We collect what you type into our forms so we can reply to you. We store it with our hosting provider, Cloudflare. We do not sell your personal information. Texts and calls are optional and you can stop them at any time by replying STOP. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.
This policy explains what information we collect on this website, why, where it is kept, and the choices you have. We have tried to write it in plain English.

The assistant on this website
The chat box on this site is an automated assistant, not a person. It answers from a fixed set of answers in your browser. If you ask it to book a consultation, the name, business, and phone or email you give it are sent to us the same way as a form.
Where it is stored and who handles it
Form submissions are stored with our hosting provider, Cloudflare, which also serves this website. When a form is submitted, a notification containing the submission is sent to our team through a private messaging service (Telegram) so we can respond quickly.
We share information only with the providers that run parts of our service — hosting and storage (Cloudflare), team notifications (Telegram), and, only if you opted in, the phone and messaging carriers needed to deliver texts or calls. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We disclose information if the law requires it.
Text messages and phone calls — optional
Our forms include two separate, optional checkboxes: one for text messages and one for phone calls. Neither is ticked for you, and neither is a condition of any purchase. The program is operated by Adapt Target Marketing LLC (Mogul AI is a brand of Adapt Target Marketing LLC).
- Texts. If you tick the texts box, you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Mogul AI about your request, plus updates and offers, at the number you gave. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for help.
- Calls. If you tick the calls box, you agree that Mogul AI may call you at that number, including with automated or AI voice calls and voicemails. Say "stop" on a call, reply STOP to a text, or email us to opt out.
We record which boxes you ticked and when. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number or your text or call consent with third parties or affiliates for their marketing.
Cookies, analytics, and your browser
We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels on this site. For page-view counts we use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics (Cloudflare Web Analytics) when enabled; it does not use cookies and does not follow you across other sites.
The site keeps a few small items in your own browser so it works properly — for example the referral code from the link you followed, a note that you already requested a demo call today. You can clear these in your browser settings.
If you press the microphone button, your browser's built-in speech recognition turns your speech into text. Depending on your browser, the audio may be processed by the browser's maker. We receive only the text.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and sign-ups for up to two years after our last contact with you, unless you ask us to delete them sooner or we need to keep a record for legal reasons (for example, proof that you opted in to texts or calls).
Your choices
Wherever you live, you may ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop marketing to you. Email [email protected] and we will respond within 30 days. We will not treat you differently for asking. If you live in a state with a consumer privacy law, the same email address is how you use those rights.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, email us and we will delete it.
Security
We use encrypted connections and limit who can see your information. No system is perfectly secure; if a breach ever affects your information we will tell you as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top.
