The short version. Mogul AI builds and runs AI systems for businesses as a managed service. Pricing is published on the site; the work itself is governed by the written agreement we sign with you. Results are not guaranteed. The assistant and demo call on this site are automated.

These terms are the agreement between you and Mogul AI when you use this website. Using the site means you accept them.

What we do

Mogul AI is a done-for-you service that builds and operates AI agents and related marketing systems for businesses. Plans and prices are published on our pricing page. Each engagement is governed by the written agreement we sign with you; where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement wins.

No guarantee of results

Figures on this site — including the growth calculator, scores, and grades — are estimates based on the numbers you enter, not promises. Business results depend on many things we do not control.

Automated assistant and demo call

The chat assistant on this site is automated and gives general information only. If you request a demo call, you agree to receive one automated demo call from Mogul AI at the number you enter, and you will be speaking with an AI.

Text messages and calls

Texts and calls are optional. By ticking the texts box on one of our forms you agree to receive recurring automated text messages from Mogul AI (a brand of Adapt Target Marketing LLC) at the number you provide; by ticking the calls box you agree to receive calls at that number, including automated or AI voice calls and voicemails. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help or email [email protected]. Using this site

Limits on our liability

Disputes
